Elementor Community Hub is a place that coordinates all the community activities, discussions, questions, and events (the “Community Hub”).
These Elementor Community Hub Terms & Conditions (“Community Hub T&C”) are a part of Elementor’s Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), and the Terms and Community Hub T&C shall apply to anyone who becomes a part of Elementor Community Hub.
We will first discuss who can be part of the community hub, then we will go on to detail their rights and responsibilities.
Who Can Be Community Hub member?
All Elementor users, who have an active Elementor account, can be a part of our Community Hub. We reserve the right to change or modify these Community Hub T&C at any time without prior notice.
However, in order to be part of the Community Hub, you adhere to our Terms of Service and join a specific community dedicated to the Elementor Platform, products, events, Etc. By joining the Community Hub, you declare that you have the right, authority, and capacity to abide by all of our legal documents.
Our Community Hub Activities
The Community Hub consists of a forum where a member of the Community Hub can post content such as posts, polls, and comments; As well as an area where the member can sign up for events and meet-ups.
Elementor users interact offline and online via various channels to post, share, learn, and inspire one another in the world of web creation (the “Activities” or “Activity”). The members are the persons who perform the Activities.
The information you will be exposed to and the actions you can take as part of the Community Hub depend on your specific Elementor Plan. i.e, certain content may only be relevant to certain users.
What You Shouldn't Do as a Community Hub Member
Everyone wants to have a positive experience on Elementor Community Hub - so make sure that you are not detracting from anyone else's experience. In particular, refrain from posting or do anything in the Activities which is, or may be:
▪ Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
▪ Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
▪ Collecting or storing personally identifiable data about other members of the community. Also, you will not invite or otherwise solicit personal information, such as phone numbers and/or addresses, from anyone under the age of 18.
It is unacceptable to post any material (i) that contains software viruses or any other computer code or files that are designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software or hardware, or (ii) that is deemed to be illegal by any local, state, federal, or international law.
Your opinions are always welcome, but personal attacks and harassment ("flaming") on Elementor Community Hub are not acceptable.
Elementor Community Hub is provided as a service to Elementor users and is not intended for the promotion of third-party services, products, websites, or organizations. Please refrain from posting content that would constitute advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation.
We reserve the right to investigate and request that you cancel your Activity if you have behaved in a way which could be regarded as inappropriate or have engaged in conduct that is unlawful or illegal. The above list is only a partial list and we may add to the list at our sole discretion.
The Right to Remove Content and Limit users' access
Elementor does not generally edit, monitor, or pre-screen content posted by users on Elementor Community Hub. However, Elementor retains the right, at its sole discretion, to limit any users' access to our Community Hub and to remove material that, in Elementor’s sole discretion, does not comply with the Terms, Code of Conduct, and the Community Hub T&C, or that is otherwise inappropriate, harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. Such actions may include editing or deleting material and temporary or permanent banning of individual users.
To report violations, please use the Report Inappropriate Content feature or contact Elementor Community Hub at: email@example.com. Please include the message board name and a link to the relevant post.
The community team shall have the right to remove or edit content and/or remove users, at its sole discretion, from any of the Community Hub platforms if he/she deems it necessary.
You own all the content and information you post in our Community Hub platforms. Having said that, you specifically grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with the Community Hub.
We are not responsible for your conduct, whether online or offline.
Please remember that we do not know you, nor our other community members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Therefore, we make no representations or warranties as to the conduct of our community hub members. We reserve the right to investigate, screen, or take any action that we deem appropriate while using available public records.
We are not responsible for you with respect to any Activity. In no event shall we or any of our officers, directors or employees be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the Activity or your conduct or anyone else’s behavior at or in connection with the Activity, including, without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other members. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other Community Hub members and/or any other participants in the Activities.
For everyone's benefit please stay on-topic. Please refrain from discussing personal matters, abusing any company or product, or from posting in a manner unrelated to Elementor products and services. Do not post any information that you do not wish to make public. Any information that you post can be obtained and used by others and by us. You post at your own risk and responsibility.
Most people are happy to help on Elementor Community Hub but remember that their advice is theirs only and that you are responsible for deciding whether to follow it. If the advice given by a user sounds wrong or risky to you, do not try it. In particular, if any user asks you for personal information, such as an account details, address, password or credit card number, do not provide it. be careful when clicking on another member’s posted external link, it might not be safe.
Your Relationship with Elementor
You explicitly acknowledge that you are acting as an individual, and not as our agent, employee, independent contractor, or consultant. You understand that you have no authority, expressed or implied, to commit or obligate us in any manner whatsoever. Nothing in these guidelines contains any type of employment or business relationship of any kind.
Our Cookies Policy
Elementor uses certain monitoring and tracking technologies, such as cookies and other downloaded data files, including ones offered by our service providers. These technologies are used to maintain, provide, and improve our processes and operations on an ongoing basis, and in order to provide a better experience to our website visitors. For example, these technologies enable us to better secure our website and services and detect abnormal behaviors, to identify technical issues, and to monitor and improve the overall performance of our services and processes.
Using Third Parties
As part of providing the services of the Community Hub, you acknowledge that we may use third parties who may have access to your personal data, depending on each of their specific roles and purposes in facilitating, supporting and enhancing our Services, and may only use it for such purposes.
We use Bevy so that you will be able to sign up for meetups and events
We use Insided so you will be able to add posts, participate in surveys, and communicate with the rest of Elementor community.
If you used our services to contact a third-party, then we will provide the information you filled out in the form to said third-party.
Term and Termination
These Community Hub Terms and Conditions will remain in full legal force and effect as long as we have the Community Hub and shall govern any Activity.
We can cancel any Activity and terminate these terms and conditions at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
All decisions regarding the cancellation of an Activity shall be made at our sole discretion. We are not required to provide you notice prior to deregistering an Activity or otherwise terminate this agreement.
